If you require any travel vaccinations then you should contact us well in advance of travel. You will need to complete a travel questionnaire and pass to our reception at least 8 weeks before departure.
You can collect a form from reception or use the link below. You should then contact reception after 3 working days to make an appointment with the practice nurse (who will have assessed your needs). Please note that we may have to order vaccine stocks for you and you may also need a follow up appointment. All this will be explained to you by the nurse.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Occupational health teams keep people well at work – physically and mentally. Occupational health services will help keep your employees healthy and safe whilst in work and manage any risks in the workplace that are likely to give rise to work-related ill health. Research shows that good health is good for business and better workplaces have better financial results. Every year over 170 million days are lost to sickness absence. The Government’s Black Review of the health of the working age population reported the cost to the economy is estimated to be £100bn each year. Research shows that the longer people are off sick, the less likely they are to make a successful return to work.
