Morning and afternoon surgeries (a copy of the GPs' timetable is available from reception).
Babies are seen by appointment only (you may book on the day you wish to be seen). If your child is unwell do not bring to the baby clinic, but make an appointment in a normal surgery. Clinics are held at both surgeries. The practice nurse and health visitor will be available with the doctor to weigh, immunise and give advice.

The Practice provides full contraceptive services. Speak to or telephone reception staff who will make the appropriate appointment.
The Practice operates a fully equipped clinical unit, where a range of minor surgery procedures are carried out. Patients are referred by their doctor.

The practice nurses see patients for the prevention, monitoring and controlling of these conditions.
This is a simple test, usually carried out by specially trained nurses. The Practice recommends that all women should have a smear test every three years at which time you will be sent a reminder. If for any reason your smear is abnormal, you will automatically be sent an appointment for the colposcopy clinic. Swabs Carried out by trained practice nurses before the fitting of coils. Health visitors are nurses employed by NHS Rotherham, who work from our medical centres and specialise in preventative medicine and health education. They are particularly concerned in helping families with child care.
They visit at home and care for patients who are too ill to come to the surgery.
The community matron manages patients with multiple complex long-term conditions, ensuring that all their health and physiological care needs are met. Patients’ conditions include heart failure, COPD, diabetes, Parkinsons and hypertension. The community matron seeks to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
The community midwife shares the care of all mothers before and after delivery. In addition the midwife attends the antenatal clinics held at each centre and, with the doctor, provides full maternity medical services. Dietitian, Mental Health Professionals And Podiatrist They are all available in-house to see patients who are referred by their doctor.
An appointment can be made at reception for patients over 12 years old to have bloods taken by the phlebotomist.
Examinations for insurance, employment, driving and legal purposes are not covered by the National Health Service.

If you require any travel vaccinations then you should contact us well in advance of travel. You will need to complete a travel questionnaire and pass to our reception at least 8 weeks before departure.
You can collect a form from reception or use the link below. You should then contact reception after 3 working days to make an appointment with the practice nurse (who will have assessed your needs). Please note that we may have to order vaccine stocks for you and you may also need a follow up appointment. All this will be explained to you by the nurse.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
