You can order your repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- By Rotherham Health App (this will no longer be available after 31st March 2024)
- By NHS App
- In person – please put your request slip in the box in reception.
- Online prescription request service – you can register for use SystmOne online. You can also order via the SystmOne Airmid App
- Via a Pharmacy App of your choice – you can arrange this service from a number of local pharmacies. They will advise you of which app they use.
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept telephone medication requests in exceptional circumstances for housebound patients.
Please allow 48h or 2 working days for your prescription to be issued
All prescriptions are sent electronically to your usual nominated pharmacy unless you tell us otherwise.
It will take some time for the pharmacy to get your medication ready, this is not something we have any influence over.
It is your responsibility to request your medication in sufficient time.
Medication Reviews
From time to time we may ask you to see an appropriate member of the clinical team to review your medication. Our review team includes pharmacists, nurses and doctors.
We are also gathering information to help us review medications by online questionnaires. If you struggle to complete these online we will arrange your review by phone or face to face.
